For Sunrise applicants that have a registered Trademark, you will need to supply the following Trademark information when you submit your application:

Trademark Registration Number
Country Code of Trademark Registration
Trademark Application Date
Trademark Registration Date
Applicant's Capacity (OWNDER, CO-OWNER or ASSIGNEE)
Trademark Registration Class (please refer to http://www.wipo.int/classifications/nivilo/nice/index.htm)

You will be asked to supply this information when you place a Sunrise application for a .XXX domain name. You should also be aware that each Sunrise Trademark Applications will be independently validated by IP Rota, which are the designated validation agent for .XXX Sunrise domain name applicants.

*There are 2 fee components in each Sunrise and Landrush application, the Application Fee and the Registration Fee.

The Application Fee is for services that will be provided by Only Domains to cover costs in applying for the registration and is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the outcome of the application.
The Registration Fee of that application (but not the non-refundable Application Fee) can be applied to a future .xxx registration in the event that an application is not successful.
